FREECHOICE was established in 1991 and we currently have over 290 stores around the country. We are one of Australia's largest specialist retailers in Tobacco and related products. With successful Franchise, Retail, Wholesale and Vending operations nationally, FREECHOICE is a leader in the industry. We are experiencing huge growth within our Franchise operation and we need the support of an enthusiastic and motivated NSW Franchise Representative.
This is a hands on role, working out in the field with our Franchisees, predominantly across NSW and also across Australia, as required.
The role entails:
- Ensuring compliance for all aspects of the franchise procedures
- Assistance with Key Account Management of our top tier customer agreements to ensure compliance with SLA delivery
- Extensive communication and follow up with franchisees/major accounts
- Preparation of all documents associated with new franchisees and change of ownership
- Assist in all aspects of new franchise openings from store location, set up, trade
- Collating and reporting on weekly and monthly sales data
Our ideal candidate will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and operations within the FMCG or retail sector
- Of course, experience within the tobacco industry would be highly regarded
- You will have had financial accountability analysing operational and management reports, driving effective delivery of organisational KPIs.
- An expert understanding of retail operations within a multi-site operation
- Experience in coaching and inspiring high standards across your region
- The ability to create a high performance customer service culture
- Demonstrated ability to actively coach all franchisees to comply and adapt to the very best operational standards
- Develop positive relationships throughout the business to maintain superior levels of communication and professionalism
