You will be calling customers who have Cell Towers or Wind turbines etc on their land and offering a finance solution by taking over their 20-30 year lease and offering them a lump sum of capital in return. This role would suit someone who is very money motivated & self driven.

About the company

Our client is one of the nation’s largest and most successful ground lease acquisition companies. They provide value, capital and liquidity to qualified property owners who lease their property for cell towers, billboards, wind turbines, utility-scale solar farms and fiber optic networks.

About the role

You will be calling customers who have Cell Towers or Wind turbines etc on their land and offering a finance solution by taking over their 20-30 year lease and offering them a lump sum of capital in return. This role is mainly telephone based and would suit someone who is very money motivated & self driven. If you are looking to make some serious commission this will be the job for you.

Duties

  • Cold calling (Lots of it!)
  • Create pipeline and service potential clients
  • Source new business and finding different revenue streams
  • Hit your Monthly and Yearly target
  • Contribute to the good company culture

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ Years telephone sales experience
  • A good work ethic
  • The ability to pick up and dial the phone 40+ times a day
  • Build report quickly
  • Have the patience for long sales cycles
