Are you the right person to join Out of Town 4WD's sales and customer service team?
If so, you're passionate about all things to do with 4-wheel driving. You're enthusiastic, conscientious and aim for excellence in everything you do. You're the type of person who doesn't sit back and wait for things to happen, you take initiative and pro-actively make them happen.
You're one of those rare people who can communicate with anyone. You enjoy helping people get the service that they really need. You understand that being a sales professional means showing up every day, looking the part and walking the talk (not just talking it). You are the type of person who likes to see jobs through to completion. You understand that a true professional always does what they say they are going to do. You live up to your commitments to your customers and your team mates.
You are a great team player and believe that teamwork is the only way to deliver excellent service…this means you can also delegate and ask for help when you need it. You work hard to maintain the respect of your team mates.
If you're the right person to join our team:
- You love selling - which is really helping people get what they need
- You are passionate about all things 4WD – you probably grew up taking lots of family camping trips
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have probably worked in a customer service or sales role previously (preferable in the automotive industry)
If you're our new team member you'll be responsible for serving our retail customers on a daily basis, managing and following up enquiries and quotes, booking fit-outs and keeping customers updated about the status of their job, unpacking and stocking products and of course keeping our showroom looking professional.
Our growing business offers premium 4WD and recreational accessories, mechanical services, advice and custom products to a diverse range of customers, particularly those who own a 4WD, camper or motor home.
We are a long-standing Newcastle business with a great reputation to uphold and are looking for quality people who genuinely have a passion for providing great customer service.
Experience in the industry and/or a knowledge of 4WD parts/accessories will be highly advantageous.
