What’s the role?

With a great deal of emphasis on our digital advertising products and services you will join the Ad Product team where you’ll be responsible for the creation, maintenance and workflow of the digital ad product catalogue in the order management system. The primary function of this role will be to identify commercial opportunities and to capture revenue in an audit compliant manner.

As our Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and execution of operational improvements across key touchpoints and journeys. You will diagnose, design, build and test booking system changes, whilst your customer-centricity will allow you to address all sales inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

You will be working closely with technology, commercial and operations team where you will develop key deliverables, manage work streams and implement breakthrough improvement initiative, reduce churn and increase sales growth.

Working with multidisciplinary teams and delivering efficient and intuitive solutions will really test your knowledge and excite you. Your years of experience in a relevant sales management systems like Ad Point or Salesforce will have prepared you for this new challenge with News Corp Australia.

This role is highly autonomous and you will be expected to bring your problem solving and analysis expertise to enable end to end reporting. Your ability to be collaborative, proactively identify areas for improvement, and engage with business leaders internally will be integral to your success. Your positive ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent communication skills paired with your ability to build solid working relationships will underpin your success.
