About the Role

Melbourne-based, you’ll inherit 10 active, high-growth accounts and provide needed OHS solutions across their CBD and metro-area locations – ensuring healthy, safe and productive workplaces.

Key objectives will include:

  • To build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • To add value through strong OHS technical knowledge and collaborative problem solving / solution sales – earn / maintain status as THE preferred OHS Services partner
  • To meet and exceed annual revenue targets by responding to and anticipating needs across your territory (i.e. upcoming projects, legislative changes, etc.)

About You

To be considered for this role you’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years’ OHS industry experience, with strong technical knowledge – ideally a background as an Occupational Hygienist or related OHS position, followed by 2+ years in OHS solutions sales / key account management
  • A background specialising in HAZMAT, HAZCHEM and/or Asbestos related services is preferred but not required
  • A genuine passion for the OHS industry with a desire to continue learning
  • A confident personality and strong communication skills – able to proactively build relationships, identify / pursue / close new project opportunities
  • A natural drive to stay ahead of the market – you’re across your territory, know what’s happening / what projects are coming up, who the key players are, etc.
  • A relationship-focused and highly responsive approach to servicing accounts – you’re accountable, detail oriented and move fast to meet client needs
  • A preference to work in a professional but boutique / non-corporate environment where you can have a direct impact on the immediate success and future path of the business
