The Company
Pazzi Pty Ltd are a quality Stonemason Company supplying, fabricating installing engineered and natural stone surfaces and have established a strong reputation for excellence and project delivery.
Our clients range from the general public, to small and large builders, cabinet makers, architects and designers.
As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to engage the services of a highly proficient Business Development Manager to join our team. This opportunity requires someone who can exemplify our brand and values.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Sourcing new leads, clients and customers
- Getting out on the road to find new clients and service clients - proactive attitude and approach.
- Hitting sales KPI targets
- Understanding our rates and how quotes are prepared.
- Getting quotes out in the required turn-around time.
- Meeting client’s expectations
- Nurturing the current corporate culture to ensure it stays aligned with our values.
- Ensuring that the current high-quality standards of our work are always adhered to and delivered.
Your profile
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment. Highly desirable attributes include;
- Proven BDM experience.
- Drivers Licence.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings/written specifications.
- High level of computer, written and verbal skills.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Technical understanding of our services.
