About the role:

This role is an integral part of our clients business. Day to day, you'll work closely with architects, home owners and builders selling bespoke windows, doors and building materials.

Duties:

• Generate sales leads to meet and exceed KPI's
• Respond to all customer, showroom, phone and online enquiries within agreed response times
• Understand client requirements, use knowledge to make recommendation
• Undertake plan take-offs and support the estimating function
• Act as the interface between architects, home owners, builders and the Trend business
• To foster a solutions selling approach with architects, home owners and builders
• Provide technical and design consultation to architects, home owners and builders to gain specification
• Make appropriate product and technical recommendations

Skills & Experience:

• Ideally, Business or Architectural degree qualified
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders at a variety of levels and read building plans
• Experience in architectural/specification and solution selling sales
• Experience working with architects and builders
