As a result of my client moving away from their existing distributor model, I am looking for an experienced sales representative with existing connections in the Australian hair industry. If you are passionate about health & beauty and have experience in a sales manager role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
  
  
The Role
  
The day-to-day in this role will involve managing and training a national field team. You must have the desire to drive new business and a high-performance sales culture through the team.  

An intricate knowledge of the product is essential, as well as the ability to provide education and training to experienced beauty professionals. You must be comfortable getting out in the field with the reps and working alongside them. 
  
You will be based in Sydney but manage the whole of Australia. 
  
  
  
The Ideal Candidate
  
The ideal candidate will have at least two years management experience and proven success in previous sales management roles. A knowledge of professional hair and beauty is essential, as well as the ability and desire to learn a new range of products. You must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally, and be self-motivated to hit targets and KPI’s while supporting others. You must feel comfortable developing business plans and forecasting for growth.
