About the role

Internal sales and support is an important part of the company philosophy as we try to provide a personal relationship and connection between customer and supplier. We are searching for a permanent full time candidate eager to support our current product lines in the oil and gas industry and create new opportunities with the support of our current team.

What you would be doing

The main things that you would be doing include:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare and follow up offers
  • Liaise with Production Manager regarding expected build and delivery dates
  • Invoicing
  • Generating new customers via telesales and co-ordination with Managing Director
  • Product performance feedback
  • Control of goods returned for repairs & service, including over the phone technical support for product claims.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Analyse market and identify sales trends and provide occasional reports

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within the Oil and Gas, liquid handling or fuel transfer industries desired
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Excellent knowledge of MYOB small business accounting or a similar program, MS Office and popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Sound communication skills
  • Proven willingness to learn and improve
