THE POSITION:
Our client is seeking to appoint a self-motivated leader as a Vehicle Sales Manager for both new and used cars based in Orange.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced automotive Sales Manager with a great track record. Reporting to the new DP, you will be responsible for both the new and used Sales department for one dealership.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous new and used car sales management experience
- A great leader of people who develops and motivates staff
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive nature
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- A professional and enthusiastic person with strong ethics
THE PACKAGE:
Attractive Base Salary + Commission + Car + Super. OTE is $100K+.
