Be rewarded with a base salary of $80k - $100k (dependent on experience) + super, company vehicle and a very attractive monthly commission and annual bonus structure.
What you will be doing:
As the NSW Sales Manager you will be the key person driving the new client base of wholesalers, distributors and national buying groups, to increase sales, product knowledge and brand awareness in the industry. You will be given the opportunity to work autonomously to exceed set targets and KPIs. You will report directly into the National Sales Manager while having the support of a great sales support team and hands-on General Manager.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Proven sales success selling directly to wholesalers, distributors and national buying groups
- Drive to over-achieve set targets and KPIs
- Full Australian driver’s licence
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- A plastering or relevant trade qualification and experience
- Existing relationships with national buying groups in the plasterboard industry
