Role

This role is an out and out sales position and will see you bringing your business development skills into a varied market segmentation. You will be calling on SME, upselling in a Business to Business setting and you will be also managing several corporate client accounts already selling Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s).

You will be required to follow all aspects of the sales cycle from initial contact/lead generation right through to the closure of the sale and delivery of the software.

You will be developing territory plans and a set a precise sales cycle to maximise your chances of success, where you will be required to expertly present as well as offering a solution sell at every eventuality as well as diagnose any problems that the customers are experiencing.

You will be required to prepare your personal call plan, action, with an effective sales call cycle that includes a solution based approach, including both product and application presentations.

You will be preparing and implementing channel business meetings with the provision of timely but more importantly accurate reports. These will include forecasts, call reports and monthly reports including “state of the market’ and “competitor activity”.

Essential Experience Needed

  • Minimum 3 years with the same company selling an RTO application.
  • Strong preference and ability in driving new business growth
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Results driven
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Presentation skills to present in a variety of setting adapting to the needs of the client
  • Technical aptitude towards high quality lighting solutions
  • Experience in education/e-learning desirable but not essential 

This newly created role will see the individual meeting increasing customer demands to cope with planned and continual growth of the company’s products.
