RESA has spent the past years developing its own products creating a differentiation in the supply, design and installation of quality renewable energy systems, for commercial, domestic, on grid and off grid. Our technical, honest and professional approach with the addition of our own products, our ability to consider special needs, combined brand association (Rheem, Tesla) our all-inclusive customer focused approach sets us apart from our competitors and provides us with repeat business from excellent customer referrals.
About the role
We are looking for champions who wish to run their own challenge. We support this with appointments, unique social media, online presence, full sales support, a team of dedicated in-house professionals all aimed at promoting, delivering and following through on creating and providing positive outcomes for our clients, with a win win win focus and culture.
RESA shall provide complete sales, product and systems training, a spectacular CRM system which makes the job easier and follow up automatic. We are after strategic collaborative people so to be meaningful you will need a reliable vehicle, be willing to meet your clients at times that suit them, and must be able to do at least 8 appointments per week in your area. Cold calling is not required, however calling or developing your own network will only add value to your efforts. Remuneration is unlimited and we have a range of packages.
Duties
Attending to all customer phone and email enquiries, following up all appointments provided by our in house Customer Service Team, look for and develop your own systems to making contact with prospective customers and carry out solution driven consultations. Quotes are normally completed at the time and follow-up is managed through the CRM which you must keep updated for your own benefit and the company. You will be required to provide finance proposals and follow them through. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which protects our IP and you.
Skills and experience
Experience in Solar, preferably 12 Months, an absolute belief in one self to deliver fair sound solutions, an ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, a want to create your own professional outcomes, set KPI’s collaboratively with the company and exceed them. The tools you need are enthusiasm, self-belief, respect, a love for changing the world and also bring along a reliable vehicle, your own laptop and a good phone. The successful candidate will be provided with fully qualified appointments around regional Adelaide, therefore a willingness to travel is essential.
Requirements
The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia. A Police Clearance will be required within 1 month of commencement.
