Your new role
Your new role will be Recruitment Consultant, working on a well-established Accounting Support desk. You will be recruiting for temporary roles such as…

  • Assistant Accountants
  • Accounts Payable
  • Credit Control
  • Accounts Assistant

This role will encompass the following duties:

  • Employing candidate attraction strategies including posting on job boards, searching through the Hays database, Linkedin, seek and other candidate generation tools
  • Conducting in-depth interviews, assessing skills/ matching with relevant employers and developing/building relationships with candidates
  • Developing and retaining new business through consultation and relationship building, lead follow-up and market knowledge within the Sydney Commercial market
  • Organising and utilising tools available to ensure high level of organisation in order to ensure quick turnaround on roles
  • Research and engage with current market trends to stay on top of market and ensure best service to both candidates and clients
  • Develop and maintain personal brand both internally and externally

This role will be fast-paced and requires a high level of customer service, with a quick reaction time to ensure that your client’s needs are met. You will need to be pro-active in your approach to your market, in order to develop your business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to consultant and develop and retain relationships/ business. Being driven by being success is key and so you must be able to demonstrate what drives you to be successful. On a relatively high volume desk, you must have high levels of organisation and be flexible in your day to day duties. You must be able to work on a full-time, permanent basis and hold full working rights in Australia.
