Suncity Group Australia Pty Ltd specializes in exquisite VIP service, focused on organizing luxury travel experience, tailored to our clients. It was established in 2014, as a subsidiary company of Suncity Group Ltd. Due to the rapid growth and success of the operations in Australia, we are seeking for self-driven, energetic and bilingual (English and Mandarin) individuals with proven B2C sales experience to join our Marketing Development team.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the agreements and our services to effectively promote our services to potential clients
  • To assist clients on overseas visa processing, exchange rate and other inquiries
  • Preparing, negotiating and closing contracts
  • Identify new business potential areas. To optimise existing and establish new business networks
  • Achieving sales target and KPI's
  • Handle clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Conduct client visits as appropriate
  • Collate and analyze clients' preferences and information
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, to increase clients' loyalty and satisfaction
  • Takes personal responsibility for client satisfaction
  • To fulfil the assignments and codes assigned by the superiors and company
  • To participate in weekly meeting- providing feedback and addressing business performance concerns 
  • Overseas business trip if necessary

Skills Requirements and Working Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in the Sales and Marketing industry 
  • Relevant university degree/diploma qualification preferred 
  • Strong solution selling and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong contractual knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office software application
  • Proven capability as both a self-starter and a team player, who can solve problems creatively, think outside-the-box, and make quick decisions
  • Have proven accountability when working with confidential information
  • Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
  • Stay professional and smart presentation
  • Available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
