The Role ....

Based in Sydney, this new role will directly drive future business growth. Ideally, we seek someone early career with high energy and drive, eager to learn.  Someone willing to go above and beyond, travel frequently and rise to a challenge. You will deliver superior customer service because of your can-do attitude and aggressive 'hunter' personality.  Your network of contacts will be crucial in ensuring future growth for our Information Management Scanner business in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This role will require frequent travel both domestic and internationally.

Targeting large market businesses, you will negotiate, identify and secure new business and have a strong understanding of various markets to be able to analyse client requirements and to develop strategies to secure new accounts. Strong relationship skills and your ability to influence and consult with key stakeholders will help achieve future sales targets and expand our client and partner base.

We require Information Management Solutions experience and channel development experience would be advantageous.  Document capture, business process, channel sales, education, development and channel recruitment are essential. Industry focus will be small, medium and large enterprise business.

Essential Criteria....

  • 3+ years in a similar Industry
  • Strong Business Development/Account Relationship experience
  • Strong Information Management knowledge
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving goals and demonstrated sales success experience
  • Ability to work with little supervision, be self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Essential analytical skills and attention to detail with a broader view of the business' long term success
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders including internal and external customers, re-sellers and distributors
  • Ability to navigate through internal and external challenges in a professional manner. 
  • Ability to work from home and to undertake frequent travel
