The company & role:
With well over a decade of operation behind them, this builder is batting well above their size when it comes to reaching a good proportion of the home buyers market with a quality, well-priced  product. With a lot of growth in the south-east region, they now require a Sales Consultant to come on-board and work collaboratively with their Sales Associate in their Clyde-based display home.  

Reporting to the operations manager, some of your main responsibilities are to:
- Represent our builder client in a customer-facing position 
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service with prompt follow up
- Actively manage and build your customer database
- Work collaboratively with a Sales Associate (also based in the display home) 
- Guide customers through selecting a builder/floor plan that best suits their needs
- Work closely with Estimating/Pre-start to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Develop strong relationships with land agents and real estate agents 
- Hit monthly sales targets

What you'll bring:
- An amount of previous sales experience (mandatory)
- Experience working for a builder as a sales associate/coordinator/consultant (highly regarded)
- History of hitting sales targets & proactive selling
- Rapport building/soft skills necessary for business development
- A strategic business mind capable of unlocking new sales opportunities
- Understanding of the Victorian construction/property market
- Solid computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work Sat-Weds (Thurs & Fri will be your weekend)
