About The Role
As a Custom Made Consultant you’ll be on the road providing in-home consultations to customers, advising on the best solutions for their needs and using our industry-leading online system to input measurements. In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for:
- Achieving maximum sales for your store and region
- Managing customer experiences through the sales cycle
- Building a customer base through lead generation & prospecting
- Meeting/exceeding performance standards in key areas
Skills & Experience
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- You’ll be self-motivated with sales
- Self Starter mentality
- Previous retail or other relevant customer-focussed experience
- Previous experience with in home sales or made to measure is highly regarded
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
- Effective negotiation & up selling/ cross-selling ability
- Strong organisation, admin and time management skills
- The ability to use online systems and software quickly & accurately
- A focus on driving win-win solutions
- Be willing to obtain a Police Clearance
