You are an experienced leader looking for an opportunity to take our Victorian team to new levels of success.  You are adept at building strong relationships and have experience, or a keen interest in the building, plumbing and hardware sector.

Everhard Industries is an Australian family-owned company and market leader in the manufacture and supply of quality products to the building and plumbing industry.

To be successful you will:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, and external and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure exceptional client service
  • Lead the State Office team to achieve key priorities, sales targets and deliver quality customer experiences
  • Manage the day to day operations of the State Office team including safety, sales, stock and financial reporting
  • Manage and grow the customer database
  • Regularly visit customers and be involved in direct selling to them 
  • Identify and develop new business revenue streams
  • Develop knowledge of and participate in industry-relevant sales and marketing activities

Ideally, you will:

  • Have experience in, or knowledge of the building and plumbing industry
  • Be able to quickly develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the building, plumbing and hardware sector in VIC and TAS
  • Have warehouse management experience
  • Have experience managing a state office/branch, including leading people, financial reporting, stock management, sales and safety preferably with 3-5 years branch management experience
  • Possess a strong sales background with proven results
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to develop new business revenue streams
