We are one of the fastest growing Residential Construction Company based in South Eastern Suburbs. Over the years we have been part of many success stories with our clients. All our current business is referral based.
Due to recent growth in residential construction industry we have new opportunity for two Sales Consultants to develop our business and to take it to the next level
Job Profile-
Build Relationship with Architects to source potential clients
Develop relation with Land Sales Consultants to find new blocks and potential clients
Meet Real Estate Agents and Financial Brokers to generate new business
Create New Sales through E-marketing
Advertise house and land packages on real estate website
Participate in functions and seminars to advertise Company profile and product
Job Responsibilities-
Explain Standard Inclusions, Upgrades and product profile to clients
Discuss and Finalize plan with drafting team and clients
Explain fixtures and finishes in colour room
Visit current builds to discuss product with clients
Finalize Tender with clients
What are we Looking for-
Patience- Each meeting takes time so patience is key factor while discussing the product with clients
Product knowledge- You should know how to develop plans with clients, read plans, and should have knowledge of construction and building process
Able to understand client requirements
Passion and hunger to achieve targets
Honesty, Reliability and Team Player
