The team

You will be part of our Sales Operations team, who are responsible for supporting our high performing and growing Go To Market division.

What you’ll do

Reporting to our Commercial Director, the main purpose of this role is to create and drive continued business growth and operational excellence by providing functional sales support and partnering with senior management of our Australian Sales and Marketing teams on important strategic and value added initiatives. Your duties will include;

  • Track sales performance and key metrics that drive revenue, customer acquisition and satisfaction, ecosystem connections, strategic partnerships, and deliver insightful reporting and analysis from data
  • Maintain and produce monthly and quarterly forecasting, results, KPI’s and commissions for relevant teams and channels
  • Maintain CRM data to ensure data is kept up-to-date, and that dashboards and reports are based on quality data
  • Drive systems improvements to deliver value to the go-to-market teams and their managers
  • Develop, map, analyse, streamline and improve sales processes to increase sales efficiency and productivity
  • Onboard and train new partner sales staff on Salesforce and other supporting sales tools
  • Systems improvements - end to end process including process analysis, working with business analysts (SFDC), testing and communicating changes to Sales
  • Maintain effective relationships with all go-to-market stakeholders as well as other departments, including but not limited to global and regional Finance, Marketing, Education, Customer Experience and Billing teams
  • Champion continuous improvements to sales operations processes through ongoing/periodic reviews/ feedback provided from go-to-market teams
  • Monitor and measure go-to-market team performance to ensure accountability, manage administrative programs and remove unnecessary administration from the team members and their managers

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate/translate user needs to business processes and liaise with technical teams
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Sales Support, Commercial, Sales Operations and/or Business Operations
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience using Sales systems and/or CRM preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience viewed favourably
  • Salesforce Wave/Einstein Analytics - report and dashboard building viewed favourably
  • High degree of understanding of sales processes, and competitive environments
