With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, we have an opportunity for a proactive and passionate individual to work as a Sales Cadet. This position is based at our Factory owned dealership located in Alexandria.
The key responsibilities of the position are:
- Meeting and greeting all customers, answering incoming phone calls and making coffee and organising beverages for customers;
- Representing the Porsche brand in a professional manner when dealing with customers and their enquiries; and
- Providing support to the Sales team in the sales of cars and associated administration.
Essential Applicant Criteria:
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Conscientious and motivated, with a strong eye for detail
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Candidates must hold a valid drivers licence
The position will involve working a 5 day week inclusive of 3 Saturday shifts per month.
For the right individual, this role has the potential to progress into a Vehicle Sales Consultant in the future.
