Due to continual growth, a Senior Sales Executive is needed for a leading global software company. This exciting and newly created position offers plenty of resources on-hand in order to help you win deals and generate new business. You will be joining a collaborative environment, with an attractive remuneration structure ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 base and a great uncapped commission structure. This role will allow you to get your teeth stuck into an exciting role, build your own career and help a growing business achieve great results.

What you will be doing:

The main focus of this position will be to manage sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close and manage the pipeline to drive sales revenue and exceed target goals. You will work closely with the global sales teams to align sales efforts and leverage extended resources through team selling and strategic collaboration. You will have share knowledge and be an active team player to help the others meet company objectives. Your role also involves building and nurturing a highly capable and effective sales team, representing my client’s high quality solutions. This is a leadership position with responsibility for sales targets within the division and requires a senior candidate with a successful track record in a similar role.

What you must have to apply:

  • You have years of successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Profound knowledge of the Australia/New Zealand IT market
  • A proven record of managing successful teams
  • Willingness to travel for work as and when required

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Proven success in print services and cloud services sales role.
  • Experience with a CRM tool such as SugarCRM, Salesforce or other similar
  • Ability to understand and communicate the customers’ business transformation needs
  • Be a team player by contributing, learning and sharing new knowledge and ideas
