The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to lead the LV Power Distribution product team based in Western Sydney NSW.

Utilising your proven skills and experience in managing your business unit, your success in this role will see you:

• Improve and exceed sales & profit growth in your target market segments.
• Develop a marketing plan based on sound market, customer and competitor knowledge.
• Manage the Power Distribution portfolio in line with the Company's guidelines and expectations.
• Build long term business relationships both internally and externally.
• Execution of Strategy including New Product Commercialisation.

The successful person will have:

• Qualifications in Marketing, Business Management or Engineering.
• Proven experience as a product or category manager in the industrial switchgear market with intimate knowledge of LV circuit protection, circuit breakers, LV switching & distribution.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
• Enormous drive for successful goal achievement.
• Reputation for passion and commitment with strong commercial business acumen.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.
