ABOUT THE COMPANY
Working across Sydney but with a strong footprint in the North-West and South-West this company is continually building on their previous success. Within the residential market they have a fantastic reputation both locally and internationally - meaning the sales consultant role comes with great office support and already heavy foot traffic across all their sites.
With excess of 300 homes being built annually, there is plenty of business being generated and a lot of commission to be made!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the new home sales consultant, you will be responsible for continually driving the sales and performance of the business. You will be responsible for converting warm leads and heavy foot traffic into new sales, while being the face of the company dealing personally and professionally with clients to make their experience, one they will remember!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous sales experience is essential, but does not need to be from residential construction
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed and earn $$$
- The ambition to exceed your own goals and targets
- Knowledge of residential construction legislation and design
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve set targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
