Century 21's Australian-owned arm of the leading worldwide real estate network has an outstanding opportunity for a career minded professional to join our Corporate team.
The key function will be providing support to existing NSW offices, the ongoing enrolment of new office locations and ensuring the implementation and adoption of Century 21 tools, training, marketing, systems and processes which may involve assistance in recruiting and business support. The successful applicant will have access to the best resources, support and technology in the industry. Comprehensive training will be provided.
You will be based in our Sydney office, but this flexible role is mobile and mainly “out of office” and requires well developed communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have had experience as an owner operator of a real estate business, or senior role in relationship management/business support, have sales and business planning/strategy skills, strong reporting and organizing skills and must be an excellent networker.
With the exception of special events, the role is Monday to Friday. A solid base salary and attractive incentives should see the successful applicant achieving income well into the six figure bracket.
