Work with a professional services business who are seeking a Business Development Executive in Northern Sydney.

The Business

This global organisation equips businesses with solutions for various organisations. With a team of 60 in the Sydney office, the business is divided into sales, finance and HR. 

The role

Reporting to the General Manager your focus will be to;

• Grow revenue, market share and profitability of new prospects across Australia
• Be involved in end to end process of tenders
• Develop appropriate solutions to clients on a consultative approach
• Achieve retention of subscription contacts
• Provide demonstrations and tailor the stakeholder's needs

Experience 

To be considered for this role you will need;

• Experience in professional services
• Exposure to tenders 
• Ability to demonstrate methodologies and skills in hunting new business
• Excellent consultative sales experience 
• Exceptional communication skills
