We are currently recruiting a passionate National Retail Account Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied and challenging role in a fast paced environment where there is an opportunity to really make a difference. 

Directly reporting to ANZ Channel/SME Manager, your duties will include:

• Providing key support for the development of strategies and all forms of marketing activities carried out by the team;
• Developing and maintaining accurate account information & good relationships with ASUS distributors, retailers & dealers;
• Working closely with the Manager to explore new business opportunities;
• Liaising with internal product & account management personnel;
• Other duties will include general administrative assistance to the team.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:  

• Excellent understanding of IT hardware and being passionate about ASUS products;
• Minimum 2-3 years account management experience with knowledge of B2B business & consumer buying behaviour;
• Exceptional client service skills and well developed negotiation & persuasion skills;
• Superb analytical skills and strategic profit capability are a must as is the ability to multi-task;
• Capable under pressure, good time management while able to work independently;
• Strong customer service ethic, positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
