Sales Consultant or Phone Sales Representative

Expo Direct is a multi-award winning national exhibition company and one of Australia's leading suppliers to the exhibition and event industry.  Expo Direct excel in providing a range of quality products and services including shell schemes, custom exhibition stands, marquees, audio visual equipment, furniture, signage, graphics and electrics.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our team on a full time basis at our head office in Marrickville.

This role is critical for creating success for the business.  Ideally we are seeking a person who has had direct industry experience however enthusiasm and passion for the industry just may get you through!

About the role

Initially this position will be purely office and phone based. There are career progression opportunities for the successful candidate.

You will be introducing companies to our products and services, educating the client and offering innovative solutions and improvements.  You will act as the central point for management of the customer relationship and delivery of customer satisfaction for the assigned accounts.

About You:

You are results-driven, motivated, energetic and have a "can do" attitude with the ability to initiate and close sales.

Other attributes you have are:

  • Proven experience in developing and growing key accounts and development of new business through cold calling, referrals and networking
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Tenacity, motivation, hunger to succeed and ready to take on a challenge
  • Excellent customer service, relationship and conversational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team

The reward:

Base + super + commission + other  (realistic OTE >$90K - $130K)

UNCAPPED

Full product training will be provided as well as ongoing support to ensure you achieve well beyond your KPI objectives.
