Assistant New Car Sales Manager

AHG is currently seeking an Assistant New Car Sales Manager to join our award winning dynamic team at Big Rock Toyota. Reporting to the Sales Manager this position is primarily responsible for assisting the manager with day to day activities and guiding customers through AHG’s buying process providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:  

• Working closely with the Sales Manager to gain training and experience
• Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
• Build relationships with customers and potential customers
• Understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales process, including the value of each step.
• Coordinate all dealership activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

• Proven experience in New Car Sales, well established and looking for step into a 2IC position.
• Must have impeccable communication skills
• A strong customer focus
• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
• Ability to perform in high pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal and Relationship building skills
• Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence and Driver’s Licence
