About the role
We are seeking a sales and customer relations assistant on a full time permanent basis who prides themselves on customer service, has excellent communication skills and is capable of multitasking.
ur office hours are
mon-thurs: 8am-4:30pm
friday: 8am-2:30pm
Skills and experience
the successful candidate will
- Answer sales enquiries through our showroom, phone or by email
- Provide a professional level of customer service
- liaise with customers to arrange site visits, deliveries and installations
- have the ability to prioritise work schedules
- require computer literacy and have experience with microsoft office
- have a professional telephone manner
- be positive and have a good attitude to build customer relationships
- be capable of receiving plans in order to price and quote jobs
