The Opportunity

Ongoing business growth in signage has created the need for a Business Development Manager to support our signage team. This role reports to the General Manager and will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth on a national basis. You will be an experienced business development professional with a demonstrated track record of success through targeted and focussed sales programs. You will be a lead generator and a confident contract closer who prides themselves on achieving above and beyond expectation for both the client and the business.

The Role:

Generate new business by finding and generating new leads through innovative and traditional means
Work autonomously to establish and develop new enviable, opportunities for Signage Solutions
Experience presenting sales pitches, generating quotations and reporting as required
The face of CV Media and Signage managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure sales
Building rapport with new clients to ensure sales pipeline and 110% client satisfaction
Based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Negotiable package arrangements for the right candidate willing to prove themselves

The candidate:

Previous Sales experience in signage industry is essential
Demonstrable skills and capabilities in professional sales and business development
Verifiable market knowledge, the ability to design customer driven solutions and capacity to build relationships
Thrives working to well defined targets and high level of accountability
Strong organisational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Energetic and motivated individual
