About the candidate
Reporting to the highly experienced sales manager your daily roles will be very straight forward. Approach customers that come onto the lot, make an instant connection, and build strong rapport. From their use your natural sales ability to book test drives, and use your product knowledge of the vehicle, to sell its features and benefits. From there you will keep the customer coming through the sales funnel and introduce finance and negotiation options.Build Rapport-Test Drive- Qualify- Build Value- Close
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience selling automobiles for a luxury brand
- Is a high achiever, not just hitting but achieving their sales targets
- is very well presented and have a clear and elegant way of communicating
- Bilingual mandarin- English candidates are highly encouraged to apply
