We are looking for an exceptional New Car Sales Manager who can lead and motivate a successful team. If you have a history of achieving impressive sales targets and managing a small team of professionals, this could be the role for you!
Key attributes the successful candidate will offer:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Minimum 4 years Motor Industry experience
- Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and lead by example
This is a key role within the dealership - you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are exceeded, and encouraging Sales Consultants to maintain a high level of productivity and professionalism while providing exceptional customer service.
