Garage World Townsville, a market leader in the supply and construction of residential and commercial sheds, carports and patios, are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated design/sales consultant to join the team.
The position essentially entails:
- the introduction of customers to our range of products and offerings,
- custom design of structures to suit customers needs using in-house software,
- contracts administration,
- council submissions,
- ordering and time line planning,
- contractor co-ordination, and
- client liaison.
There is a broad variation in the types of work and products on offer from small domestic patios to large industrial sheds, insulated panel, and tilt panel construction.
You would be welcomed in to a small, friendly team and provided on the job training. Remuneration is based on a base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn $120K+ per annum.
The successful applicant will have:

- strong focus on customer service
- exceptional work ethic
- at least basic computer literacy
- the ability to quickly learn on the job
Knowledge of the building industry and construction is a distinct advantage, as is exposure to sales.
This is a full time position with a rostered Saturday morning.
