What’s in it for you?
You will manage a growing team of BDMs across NSW, VIC & WA. You will strengthen your existing networks and grow your portfolio of clients with these premium, customisable lighting solutions, working closely with the company’s in-house Lighting Designers. You will be rewarded with a base of $100K - $150K + super + FMCV + an attractive annual bonus. You will be valued by a hands-on General Manager committed to the company’s growth and success.

What you will be doing:
As National Sales Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and will be given the flexibility required to both lead your team of BDMs across Australia and also drive specification and sales through Architects, Designers, Developers & Electrical Engineers, and Consultants. You will implement and manage sales processes and strategies to increase the company’s profitability, brand and growth.

You will be representing a young, but already successful company that has quickly established its name in the industry. The importance of a strong market presence and positive team culture is evident by the time and detail the General Manager invests in all aspects of the company.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Proven track record managing successful sales teams in the architectural specification space
  • Strong understanding of lighting products
  • The willingness to travel regularly



You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Completed studies in business, or a similar field
  • Held a sales leadership role in specified lighting solutions
