The Role
We have 2 opportunities for driven and passionate Internal Sales Representatives to join our Crestmead Branch to help grow and develop our business.

We are seeking a highly motivated person with exposure in a similar role and industry.  More importantly, we are seeking people with a fantastic attitude who want to grow professionally in a company that values hard work and rewards results. You will build a loyal customer base by delivering outstanding customer service, and foster multiple channels to market by actively promoting our large range of quality products.

The role is based at our Crestmead Branch and is a full time Monday to Friday position.

Duties will include:

  • Day to day management of all internal sales for the Oxworks team including phone, email and in person interaction
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage customer expectations through clear and timely information 
  • Effectively respond to customer issues and feedback
  • Continually improve product application and service knowledge through self development and information sharing 
  • Educate custoomers on new products and services
  • Achieve minimum sales targets

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience selling building products
  • Experience using MS Office, CRM software and ERP system (preferable)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and accountable sales environment
  • Experience understanding and managing daily sales metrics
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand practical building applications
  • Committed team player
  • Proven ability to build a client base with superior customer service

Strong consideration will be given to those applicants who possess:

  • Previous hardware/trade sales experience
  • Knowledge of the fencing products or building industry

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with your qualifications and experience will apply, and will be negotiated with the successful applicant. A six month probation period will apply.
