A base and commission package will be fully negotiable depending on your talents and skill set.
About the role
We require both a free spirit and a hard worker. You will need to be able to find and source boats/yachts that will enable our clients to fulfill their dreams and aspirations. We need to be able to achieve a good outcome for our vendors and ensure they can move on to their next dream.
Maintenance of personal relationships is paramount as is a good understanding of vessels, the product you are representing.
This role requires desk time and a commitment to flexible hours. To be very successful you will need to live and breathe the role, easy to do if you love boats and people with cash as the reward.

Key skills and experience:
You must have proficiency in Excel and Word as a minimum for this role.
Sailing or power boat handling experience is a must as is a boat license and full drivers license.
Demonstrated sales ability, networking confidence is essential in this role.
Long term aspirations in the boating industry along with high integrity and honesty in all dealings with customers will be very highly regarded.
