William Adams has a great opportunity for a highly motivated and customer focused Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) covering South Eastern VIC Region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Product Support and primarily based from our Traralgon facility, servicing the South East Victoria region, you will be the key contact for parts and service sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, energetic individual with a flair for sales to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- The Customer - growing relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
- Providing technical support and liaising with Service, Parts, NEQ Sales and Finance departments to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Creating a positive, value added perception that will differentiate William Adams from the competition.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:
Essential requirements:
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers with a commitment to deliver superior customer service
- Previous exposure within the heavy Earthmoving and mining industry from a technical and sales perspective
- Must be self motivated, reliant and a proven team player
The successful candidate will also ideally have an earthmoving industry background in parts or service and a sound knowledge of Caterpillar products (including Caterpillar software and service systems).
