This is where you come in! We need a Sales Consultant aka Success Coach to help people who know us (warm and hot leads only) to take the next step in their education journey.
The task at hand (AKA the role & responsibilities)
- Connect with our warm database both over the phone and face to face at events around Australia (no cold calls)
- Guide them to selecting their next step in their journey through our suite of products and services
- Build long term relationships helping them along their journey to success
- Travel with the team regularly and work on weekend at events
Ideally we'd love to meet people who have:
- At least 3 years direct sales experience and proven results preferably in non-tangible sales like Gym memberships, Investments & Services
- Are coachable
- Able to deal with rejection
- Have an Entrepreneurial spirit
- Experienced in non-tangible sales (gyms, insurance, investment etc)
- An ambitious and confident nature
- An Amazing Phone Presence
- High personal standards and commitment to success
- Fun loving nature to be in line with our brand
On offer:
- Full Time Role
- Base Salary dependent on experience + bonuses and incentives including national and international travel - OTE - $90,000 - 120,000 +
