Job Description
About the Role and what you can expect
   
Employed by Laureate Education Services Australia Pty Ltd to support the operational functions of TUA and/or TC; this role is all about matching our prospective students with the right course at our institutions to set them on a path to success in a new career. The perfect candidate is someone with experience and a real understanding of what it takes to be successful in sales. You will be able to build rapport with customers and understand consultative sales approach to drive results.
  
Above all, you will be passionate about education and helping our students succeed.
  
Key responsibilities will include:

• Converting inbound and outbound enquiries to enrolments
• Proactively drive and engage in relationships relating to onboarding new students  
• Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients and customers at all times.
• Ensure selection criteria and lead management guidelines are adhered to at all times.
• Promote the institution by attending events, open days and expos

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

• A proven track record in exceeding sales targets
• Experience within the education sector - though this is not essential
• The ability to maintain a strong customer focus and professional attitude
