The Opportunity
Due to their tremendous growth and expansion the company is recruiting for a Customer Insights Analyst to join their team. This exciting and newly created role will look at different consumer behaviours and how it affects the company’s overall sales. You will extract large amounts of raw data from SAP and identify market trends, consumer spending and detailed analysis. Your ability to tell a story with data will be highly regards
Other duties include:
- Work with the sales team to understand consumer data and to deliver a positive customer experience
- Preparation and presentation of consumer behaviour, customer purchase volumes and trend analysis
- Use SAP and Veeva call data to identify new opportunities within the business
- Monitor purchase volumes
- Act as a link between the finance and the sales team in order to better understand the data and present it to non-financial stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance
- Only candidates with experience in working closely with the sales team will be considered for this role
- Experience in a high paced working environment
- Experience in SAP or another ERP system will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in working with high volumes of data and using it to tell a story to the business
