In order to be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Significant experience in effective management of WA based medical product distributor accounts across multiple healthcare channels
- Demonstrated success and the ability to build sustainable partnerships in a sales role
- Key Account Management experience supported with strong commercial acumen
- The ability to pick up product and clinical information and impart to customer base and targeted user in multiple formats
- History of successful sales achievement and innovation
- Work with the other internal stake holders to create optimal outcomes for customer and company
The ideal candidate:
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role or within the medical device industry
- A degree in Science or Business field
- Proven experience and ability to manage relationships and influence decisions at multiple levels
- Superior planning and organisational skills with the ability to think strategically
- Strong negotiation skills in a competitive Business to Business environment
- Sound computer skills across MS Office suite applications and CRM experience
- Positive attitude, strong self-motivation, high level of adaptability and flexibility
- A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
- Ability to work in a team
