Imported Ceramics boasts an impressive Tile Showroom, providing exceptional interior design and consultancy to its clients and Builders clients. Our products are of high quality and are constantly updated to represent the latest designer trends.

We require the service of a vibrant, well-presented and experienced selection consultant with interior design/architecture qualifications. Working with major clients, this role will support the builder and their clients with all aspects of their tile selections for their new homes.

Key Accountabilities:

Reporting to the  Manager, this role involves:

• Being an integral part of the sales team, assisting where appropriate to ensure positive sales outcomes.
• Working closely with builder clients, you will achieve customer satisfaction and sales through an efficient, professional and customer-centric selection process.
• Servicing customers that attend the Showroom for unscheduled visits to assist their enquiries and generate opportunities.
• Using effective customer service techniques to secure sales and ensure continued customer relationships.

The Person

To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following:

• Possess a demonstrated history in sales and marketing role within the building, construction or related sector.
• Experience as a colour consultant or with interior design essential.
• Work within and contribute to a great team culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• High level of personal motivation and drive to succeed in sales.
• An eye for detail, and the ability to work within and maintain systems and processes.

Our showroom – the largest in WA – affords us the opportunity to provide Private Selection Rooms for designers and decorators and their clients. With W.A.’s largest range of imported tiles, creatively and clearly displayed, we are the preferred destination for Perth’s most awarded interior decorators and designers. We service the trade, home builders, renovators, and the commercial sector.
