Working for a skincare range which is exclusively available through Essential Beauty salons only, on offer is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join us and nurture the Tonic brand

We require a commercially minded individual with strong people and relationship skills that has an energetic approach to drive short and long-term results for continued growth.

Reporting direct to the co-CEO, you will be responsible for creating a professional and engaging working relationship with our accounts utilising resources we give you to help drive growth

Key Objectives

• Drive growth on a salon by salon basis
• Provide leadership and knowledge/troubleshoot and product training when applicable
• Continue to develop social media platforms
• Provide values-based leadership and ongoing support to brand partners
• Analyse financial performance to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.

Your Attributes

• Qualifications/pre-existing knowledge in skincare
• Demonstrated Sales Account Management capability
• Understand and analyse data/provide written reports  
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Current valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities
