An opportunity has become available for a National Account Coordinator to join the team at our North Ryde office. You will be part of a team who are on a journey to out-performance through service excellence innovation.
The National Account Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Supporting a multi-national customer base
- Management of order forecasting and inventory stock levels
- Managing and coordinating the packaging requirements of key accounts including new product launches
- Creating and preparing various reports and presentations
- Project management with some direct customer interface expected
- Pre-press and item management
- Some travel required
To be successful in this role you will ideally demonstrate:
- An ability to relate to people across all levels
- An ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a calm demeanour during all communications
- Attention to detail
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise based on managing customer expectations
- An ability to deal with time lines and goals.
