Due to increased sales, Wilson Homes are seeking to employ a Sales Assistant with a passion for Customer Services to join our team located in Hobart for a contracted period of 12 months.

The Role

An exciting fixed-term opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual who enjoys providing high quality customer service. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Display Centre including greeting and assisting display home visitors, qualifying and collecting sales leads and working closely with the new homes sales consultant to convert leads into deposits in line with the business objectives. We aim to provide exceptional customer service and, as your allocated Display Centre will be a team environment, you will complete all and any tasks as required to achieve the best result for our clients and Wilson Homes.  

This position is for a fixed-term period of 12 months and the successful applicant will be required to work weekends and public holidays.

The Person

The successful applicant will need to:-

• Have an outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a demonstrated customer focus for the provision of excellent customer service.
• Be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Be self-motivated, goal-orientated and strive for producing only quality work.
• Be performance and results driven and willingly accept accountability for outcomes.
• Have a desire to be the best they can be and willing to seek out means for continuous improvement.
• Be competent in the use of computers and possess skills in administrative systems.
• Hold a current Australian driver licence and have regular access to your own reliable transport.
