A family owned and operated business established in 1973, Adelaide Appliance Gallery boasts a proud tradition of servicing the Adelaide community with all kitchen and laundry needs. We have a high end, fully interactive gallery style showroom to facilitate sales, a functioning workshop for return to base repairs and a fleet of technicians and dedicated installers to service and maintain existing appliances. Our sales and service team work together to provide a unique and hassle free experience which begins from the point of sale and continues through for the operational life of an appliance.

What are we looking for?

An opportunity has become available for experienced Sales Team Member to join a South Australian icon in the home appliances industry.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be required to:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide industry leading product knowledge and advice to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
• Meet KPI’s as required
• Maintain Displays to high standard
• Prepare and follow up quotes
• Complete Administration duties as required
• Assist Service Department with customer calls/enquiries as required
• Handle Cash
• Ensure all Company and OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to
• Attend meetings and training as required

A bit about you.

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Willing and able to be part of a dynamic, fast paced team environment
• Previous cooking appliance sales experience (desirable)
• Technically minded
• Proven Sales record
• Available to work Saturday
