Role:
The Business Manager’s main duties will be to process financial applications, sell insurance and extended warranties and be responsible for settlements for all vehicles sold. While generating the best possible results for the dealerships, the incumbent will be mindful of customer satisfaction.
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: -
- Appropriate Certification under Financial Services Review Act and with Financial Institutions used by the Oldmac Mazda.
- Experience in the Finance and Insurance within the vehicle industry
- Provide an ultimate customer experience via strong communication skills.
- The ability to develop excellent relations with sales staff to enable them to maximise their F & I sales performance.
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent time management skills
