What’s the job involve?

The Deal Desk Manager provides expert support to sales and service teams across Business & Government to process complex, non-standard, or special deals. You will be leading a cross-functional team to deliver on all deal desk functions, serves as a point of escalation to resolve complex issues, and negotiates with finance, legal, sales, or operations on behalf of sales or service team members to achieve deal approval. This role identifies process and/or capability gaps and implements process improvements to drive greater efficiency and consistency across deals.

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • Strong experience in a sales role, with leadership experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional high performing teams.
  • Solid work experience drafting, redlining and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Extensive stakeholder management, with a capability in communication and influencing. 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Significant experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and influencing them to cooperate in order to drive business outcomes.
